FAT LOSS CAN START IN THE BEDROOM 🛌 !!⠀

Have you put on more body fat? Have you been eating right and killing it in the gym but to know avail, the scale keeps GOING UP?!⠀

Maybe you are living the lie that healthy( 🔑 ) millionaires don’t 🙄 sleep 💤 ⠀

Or for whatever reason of the thousand excuses out there, you just aren’t getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep. WE ALL DO IT! However if we lack the optimal amount of sleep it can cause weight gain. ⠀

(In another post I’ll go in more depth about why) However you just want to know, how can I get better sleep now!⠀


Here are a few tips to improve SLEEP.⠀

- Workout in the morning.⠀

- Get some sun (exposure to sunlight can help set up an optimal circadian rhythm.)⠀

- Limit stimulants however if you need some, get them in before 12 pm⠀

- Avoid alcohol🍷 at night. It can severely interfere with REM SLEEP and negatively impact cortisol (causing weight gain) ⠀

- Decrease blue lights before bed (shut down electronics)⠀


- Set an alarm to remind you to wind down for bed and take a warm shower and read before bed.⠀

- Black out your room!!! (My FAVE!!!)⠀

- Last but not LEAST. Shoot to have the bedroom temperature under 68 degrees.⠀

Bonus: Make love to your wife or husband (You’ll sleep better 😉)⠀
